Mobius DTaaS
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mobius platform (“Platform”), including but not limited to its agents, services, APIs, UI components, applications, and associated software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any policies referenced herein. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.
Data Protection & Privacy
- Mobius is a Digital Transformation-as-a-Service (DTaaS) platform that enables the creation, composition, and deployment of neurosymbolic AI-powered agents, low-code applications, and marketplace-integrated digital experiences. The Platform supports:
- Orchestration of agentic interfaces and logic flows.
- Real-time data intelligence and cognitive graph models.
- On-demand instantiation of digital agents.
- Marketplace, token, and compliance-driven service extensions.
Account Registration & Access
You must register for an account to use most services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or breach of your account.
You are prohibited from sharing credentials with unauthorized users or automating access beyond permitted API usage levels.
User Conduct and Platform Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Misuse agentic behavior to simulate real individuals without disclosure.
- Deploy agents that perform deceptive, harmful, or discriminatory actions.
- Use the Platform for spam, malware, data scraping, or regulatory evasion.
- Exploit prompt injection or prompt leakage vulnerabilities.
- Circumvent usage, rate, or governance policies via recursive agent behavior.
Mobius reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access for violations of these terms or applicable laws.
In the event of a security incident:
- Our 24/7 on-call SIRT (Security Incident Response Team) is immediately engaged.
- Affected tenants are notified within SLA-compliant timeframes.
- Remediation steps are shared transparently when applicable..
- Root cause analyses are performed, and mitigation strategies communicated.
Agent Governance & Observability
Mobius introduces unique observability for agentic systems:
- Every agent’s lifecycle is logged via cryptographically signed events.
- Orchestration graphs and token interactions are auditable.
- Drift-detection mechanisms identify deviation from agential intent or logic patterns.
